Discover Elīna’s fall season


Elīna Garanča begins Fall 2017 with a role debut, singing Princess Eboli in the new production of Don Carlos at Opéra national de Paris. She is joined by an exceptional cast, including Jonas Kaufmann, Sonya Yoncheva and Ildar Abdrazakov in this production directed by acclaimed Polish director Krzysztof Warlikowski and conducted by Philippe Jordan. Performances run October 10, 13, 16, 19, 22, 25, and 28, and the production will be screened in cinemas worldwide on October 19.

In November, Elīna travels to Vienna and London to perform two recitals with Malcolm Martineau. Performed at Musikverein on November 11 and Wigmore Hall on November 14, the recital features works by Robert Schumann, Richard Wagner and Gustav Mahler.

The Latvian mezzo closes 2017 with Mascagni’s classic Cavalleria Rusticana, singing the role of Santuzza at the Royal Opera House in London. Conducted by Daniel Oren, Elīna performs in this Olivier Award-winning production by Damiano Michieletto on November 29 and December 2, 6, 9, 12, 15, 19, and 22.
